Intentional Connections Matchmaking & Coaching Policy Building with Bry LLC provides professional matchmaking and relationship coaching for consenting adults who are seeking aligned, intentional connections. We are not a dating app, escort service, or provider of companionship or sexual services. Participation in Building with Bry: Intentional Connections is governed by a formal service agreement that includes the following key terms: Program term, one-date experience, and fees Services are offered in set terms (for example 3, 6, or 12 months), as well as a First Date Experience option that includes curated profiles and one first-date introduction. Program fees are paid before services begin, are earned upon receipt, and are non-refundable, even if your circumstances change or you choose to end services early. No guarantees While I am thoughtful and intentional with every introduction, there is no guarantee of a specific number of matches beyond what is outlined in your package, or that any introduction will lead to a romantic connection or long term relationship. Client conduct and safety Clients agree to be honest, respectful, and to keep all introductions confidential. All meetings are arranged between consenting adults, and clients are responsible for their own safety decisions and for verifying any personal or background information for the people they meet. Limitation of liability By participating, clients accept that Building with Bry LLC cannot be held liable for outcomes of any interactions or relationships that result from the service. Confidentiality Personal and identifying information is handled privately and is not shared with third parties without consent, except as required by law.
